Apply & Whiten – Add the whitening gel to the trays, insert them into your mouth, and turn on the LED light for 20-30 minutes. Don't have an LED light? No problem! You can still achieve a brighter smile using our gel—it just may take a few extra sessions.
Step 3
Rinse & Repeat – Remove the trays, rinse your mouth and trays with water, and repeat daily for best results.
