How to use?
Step 1: Mold Your Trays
Soften the trays in hot water, insert them, and bite down to shape. (Or use your custom-fit trays.)
Step 2: Apply & Whiten
Add gel, insert trays, and use the LED light for 20–30 minutes. No LED? The gel still works—just allow more sessions.
Step 3: Rinse & Repeat
Remove the trays, rinse your mouth and trays with water, and repeat if necessary for best results.
